Most of the pleasure comes from the act of smoking for me. Bongs are be my #1 choice. Granted, I haven't tried a quality vaporizer -- only a bubble-looking one with a plastic tube several years ago that made me feel more like I was in a hospital than smoking pot. Bongs are fun, beautiful, have a distinct, pleasing sound, and get you blazed. Pass it, please.

It's certainly possible to have a bad trip, even under the best circumstances. Sometimes the environment inside your head just isn't providing a landscape for a good trip. HOWEVER, there's always something to be learned. Even on the occasions when I spent the entire trip curled in a fetal ball sobbing, once I was sober I looked back and laughed at myself. How could I have taken it so seriously? Blame yourself for the bad experience, not the drug. The drug does the same thing to everyone and plenty of people have awesome, mind-expanding good times. There's much to learn even from the worst psychedelic experiences.
