It's a jungle sometimes it makes me wonder how I keep from going under.

I work in investment real estate and many of my co-workers (not me) understood why they bailed out Bear Sterns, it was a leak in the boat, and the Gov't had to plug it to keep the ship afloat. But now we are seeing too many leaks - in the coming months there will be too much to plug. Around my office some folks aren't using the "R" word anymore, they're stepping up to the "D" word now.
