I could see how it would help anxiety in very small amounts and without caffeine (or other stimulants) and with exercise and/or meditation. Personally, pot's done more harm than good and I could only really use it alone and still then would have to ride out some major league panic attacks. I do believe it's beneficial to some, but not a panacea.
