It's the Drug Inquisition. Intended precisely to ruin certain peoples lives - those who are not wealthy and well-connected.

I lived in the Castro in SF for a while, and heard repeatedly that the rate of infection there is 50%, and in the 80s, basically everyone there knew several people who died from AIDS. That's dead center of the Gay Community. If anything, that kind of immediate knowledge should make people a lot more cautious and educated within that community. And these aren't kids in this video... The ones interviewed range from 32-60+.

I think that's their goal, but some would label me a conspiracy theorists. But I base my theories on fact and inconsistencies NOT paranoia...
